Open Remote Access for Tech Support
1. Click on Link to remotedesktop.google.com/support/
2. Under “Get Support, “ click Download Download page .
3. Follow the onscreen directions to download and install Chrome Remote Desktop.
4. Under “Share this screen,” select Generate Code.
5. Copy and past - Access Code in Tech Support Request Form
6. Confirm Access
7. See the control bar on the bottom of the screen and can stop remote session.
